Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium is money provided by the government to address the educational disadvantages suffered by children that are or have been eligible for free school meals (E6), looked‐after children and service children. It is extra funding aimed at the pupils who need it most.

Good teaching can, and does, narrow gaps in attainment. To improve outcomes for learners who are vulnerable to under achievement, the academy has a programme of personalised teaching provision for learners who are allocated Pupil Premium.

Our Pupil Premium Strategy and Action Plan can be downloaded from our Policies & Documents page.
