Microsoft 365

As of 2nd April 2020, all learner passwords for Microsoft 365 have been changed to a combination of their date of birth and their postcode. For example, if a learner's date of birth was 2nd March 2005, and their postcode was DY31BP, their password would be: 02/03/2005/DY31BP (with the postcode in all capitals, no spaces).
Learners' email addresses are the same as their school computer usernames, followed by - For example, if John Smith's username at school is smithj1, their email would be

Logging into Microsoft 365

  1. Click here to access the login page
  2. Enter your email address in the box and click next
  3. Enter your password in the box and click next
  4. Choose whether you would like to remain signed in or not (this will save you from entering your email and password each time
  5. You will then be presented with Microsoft Outlook, your school emails

Changing your password

When you login, you may wish to change your password to something more memorable. If you decide to change your password, please make sure you remember it.

  1. Click your name in the top right corner (blue arrow) and then 'My account' (red arrow)
  2. Click 'Security & Privacy' (blue arrow) and then 'Password' (red arrow)

  3. Follow the instructions to change your password to one of your choice.
