Get Support

To provide our community with the best service possible, we have introduced the Beacon Hill Academy Support Desk.

The Support Desk will allow you to easily and quickly submit your requests via a simple online form, which will then create a ticket for you. In many cases, our system will then be able to automatically route your ticket to the correct member of staff, speeding up the response time. In cases where the system is unable to do this, your ticket will be reviewed by one of our Office Managers who will then either respond to you directly, or route your ticket to the most appropriate member of staff.
