All learner and staff login details are now managed via RM Unify. This means that learners and staff can use the same usernames and passwords they use in school to access many of our online apps.

In the event that you do not know your username and/or password, please email helpline@beaconhillacademy.org.uk with your full name and form group and we will reset this for you.

Logging in to RM Unify

1. Click here to access the login page.
2. Enter your school computer username in the box (e.g. SmithJ).
3. Enter your password in the box and click next.
4. Choose whether you would like to remain signed in or not (this will save you from entering your email and password each time.
5. You will then be presented with the RM Unify dashboard which will allow you to easily access all of our apps, including the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Accessing Teams

1. Click on the Teams logo. If this does not log on automatically then click on the mail tile then try again.
2. Click on the year group (For example Year 8)
3. Click on the assignments for the lessons you have on that day. If it was Tuesday, please complete Tuesday's lessons.
4. Complete the work that has been set by your classroom teacher. 
5. Complete all work on paper and then bring into school the next day
