Parent/Carer/Learner - Get In Touch
To provide our community with the best service possible, we have introduced the Beacon Hill Academy Support Desk.
The Support Desk will allow you to easily and quickly submit your requests via a simple online form, which will then create a ticket for you. In many cases, our system will then be able to automatically route your ticket to the correct member of staff, speeding up the response time. In cases where the system is unable to do this, your ticket will be reviewed by one of our Office Managers who will then either respond to you directly, or route your ticket to the most appropriate member of staff.
Not for urgent matters:
Do not use this form for urgent or safeguarding concerns. If a child is at risk, or you need immediate assistance, please contact the Academy Office via 01902 677754. Any safeguarding submissions received via this form will be passed directly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

How to find us
Arriving by vehicle
The entrance to the car park is on High Arcal Drive. There is limited space for public parking outside of the security gates. If the gates are shut, please use the intercom at the pedestrian gate and report to reception immediately.
Public transport
Beacon Hill Academy is on the 229 bus routes and is a short walk from Sedgley, which is served by the 1, 27, 223 and 224 bus routes.
